Important notes when completing this form

• If we are meeting you at an airport, we need your flight landing time and flight number, as we monitor your flight to arrive approx. 30 minutes after landing. (To allow for disembarkation and collection of luggage).

If you require additional time, please notify us in the "Additional Requests" box.

• It is the responsibility of the client/booker to ensure that the vehicle is large enough for the passengers and their luggage. If upon collection your luggage is over and above what has been accounted for above and does not fit in the boot of vehicle, our driver reserves the right not to accept the excess luggage as it contravenes our licence, insurance and H&S conditions.
