We are looking for reliable, professional and flexible individuals to join our team of Self-Employed Private Hire Chauffeur Drivers. Our operation is based in Kenilworth and we are ideally looking for people who live in the immediate area. We are a 24/7 operation and drivers can expect to work a range of different shifts. Main Duties:

· Drive passengers to their destinations safely and efficiently, using a GPS or map app to plan the best routes.

· Provide a friendly and professional service, greeting customers, helping with luggage, and accepting payments.

· Maintain a clean and comfortable vehicle, ensuring it meets the standards and regulations of the private hire company and the local authority.

· Keep accurate records of journeys, fares, and expenses, and report any issues or incidents to the management.

· Follow the traffic laws and the policies and procedures of the private hire company and the local authority.

Skills and Qualifications:

· A valid driving licence for the UK, with no more than three penalty points.

· A private hire driver licence from the local authority (Wolverhampton City Council), which will require a medical check, a criminal record check, driving licence check and tax check. Assistance given to gain this if not already held.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deal with different types of customers and situations.

· Good numeracy and literacy skills, with the ability to use a smartphone, a GPS, and a payment device.

· Good knowledge of the local area and national road networks, landmarks, and attractions, and the ability to adapt to changing traffic and weather conditions.
